Richard Harrison

Managing Director

Richard is Managing Director and lead of our national Special Situations M&A practice. Richard brings over 20 years’ experience in restructuring and private equity, specialising in capital and debt advisory, performance improvement and working capital optimisation.

He began his career at KPMG, where he spent 11 years in the Restructuring team, including a secondment with Barclays Bank’s Business Support unit. He later joined Endless LLP, becoming a Partner in 2021 and leading investments from the £100m Enact Fund III.

Richard has extensive expertise across food manufacturing, consumer, distribution, and industrial engineering and has held numerous Boards roles in these sectors. As a private equity investor, he has direct experience of creating and driving value creation strategies in both stressed and non-stressed scenarios.

As aChartered Management Accountant, Paul’s expertise includes business reorganisation, balance sheet restructuring, asset divestitures, mergers and acquisitions and both debt and equity financing.
