Following our successful launch in January 2025 with offices in Manchester and London, we’re excited to announce the opening of our new Leeds office — a key step in our growth journey.
This expansion comes alongside the appointment of Rob Halliday as Associate Managing Director within our Advisory practice. Rob will lead our efforts across Yorkshire and the North East.
Rob brings 14 years of experience in specialist restructuring and corporate finance, most recently with a global professional services firm. He has a strong track record of helping clients and stakeholders preserve and maximise value during times of business stress and distress.
With deep expertise in Special Situations M&A, Rob has facilitated numerous market-leading transactions in recent years and continues to work closely with turnaround investors and the asset-based lending community.
