In just over half a year, KR8 Advisory has grown from a start-up to a fast-emerging leader in the advisory sector. Our journey so far has been defined by rapid growth, collaborative partnerships, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Strategic Expansion
After a whirlwind start, we were able to open offices in Manchester, London, and Leeds. We later moved into a brand-new space in Manchester, doubling our capacity and giving us the room to grow our team and services even further.
Impressive Delivery
We have completed 150+ engagements through 50 introducers across all service lines.
Notably, we also delivered our first global assignment – flying a team out to the Nordics to work on an international advisory project.
Team Growth and Development
Our team has grown from 8 to 37, including key senior hires, with more joining by September 2025. Within this time, we recruited our first graduate cohort, and we also launched the KR8 Performance Pathway to support career growth and development.
Engagement and Brand Building
In June, we had the pleasure of welcoming many of our valued clients, partners, and guests to KR8’s official Manchester Launch Event, hosted at the stunning Ocasa Manchester. We were overwhelmed by the turnout and incredible support from the professional community.

Looking Ahead
While we are proud of what we have achieved in such a short space of time, we know this is just the beginning. Over the coming months, we have even more exciting plans in the pipeline: a London office launch party, new sponsorship opportunities, and continued expansion across our service lines.
