The growing team, based in London and Manchester, will deliver strategic real estate solutions to secured lenders and corporate borrowers throughout the lending lifecycle, including under stressed and distressed scenarios.
Before joining KR8, James Liddiment was a Managing Director within the restructuring division of a global financial services company, establishing a UK real estate restructuring offering alongside KR8 colleagues Paul Greenhalgh and Annika Kisby, where they completed LPA receivership appointments and real estate-focused administrations.
